The right curtain fabric, pattern and colour can completely tie together a room. Sampson has plenty of curtain options to help beautify your home, ranging from classic polyester, linen or cotton to sophisticated silk, lace or velvet.
We offer personalised service to help you create something truly unique with which to accent your home. First, we’ll establish the desired colour and browse fabric options. We’ll also ask if you have a preference for pinch pleats, pencil pleats, eyelets, tabs or goblet-styled curtains. Then, we’ll review swags and tails to complete the product.
We supply hand-finished and stained wooden poles, stainless steel poles, wrought iron and high-quality metal and acrylic poles. The colours and choices are just about endless; we know that we can help you find exactly what you are looking for. We also have a number of vintage options that are hand-crafted with solid beech. Our wrought iron poles can be purchased in bronze, pewter, graphite and black. Poles are available in the following sizes: 19mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm.
We’d be happy to have your poles made to size and can cut them down if need be. We can also fit them for you.
Our finials (the ends of the poles) are brilliantly crafted and come in an assortment of colours and materials. From contemporary and modern to traditional or rustic, we have something for any window in any home style. Ribbon orbs, rope balls, fluted urns, brass, silver, titanium and gun metal finishes are only some of the options available.
There are cube, cylinders, oblong, crystal, coloured disc, layered and many, many more designs and shapes that can be fitted. Call us today to start creating something bespoke for your curtains.
Curtain tracks are a more modern, contemporary alternative hanging system to the traditional curtain pole. Essentially, curtain tracks allow the curtain to be pulled swiftly back and forth. Some models may require additional hardware for wall mounting or splices.
Curtain tracks also require hardware to attach the curtains to the carrier track. Hooks or snap tape work just fine for this. There are different types of curtain tracks, including flexible and suspended tracks. The type of track you purchase really depends on the style of the window and how you want your curtains to fall.
Curtain tiebacks are traditionally used with cloth or fabric curtains, but any material can be pulled back with them. These window treatments can be designed from wood, metal, glass, tassels or other fabric.
One of the most common curtain tiebacks is the classic soft furnishing, which is a simple rope or braid that wraps around each curtain and pulls it securely back. Other varieties include structured tiebacks, decorative ruched tiebacks and tassels. Knobs, metal pieces and other hardware are common and make for brilliant accent pieces on your curtains.
Curtain or passing rings can be bought separately so that you can mix, match and create something truly bespoke for your windows. Our curtain rings fit a variety of pole diameter widths; just let us know what size you are looking for and we will find the right product for you. We also carry brackets for recesses or top fixing and other components for replacing old poles or tracks.
